What is this? A star trailing photo?

No, it is a spinning Paella pan.

Paella is a traditional and famous Spanish dish: a rice and seafood dish flavored with saffron and tomatoes.

Paella is traditionally cooked in a pan called paellera: round, black, with little white spots and two handles pan.

We was very boring at the kitchen, we started to spin a paellera and voilà! a star trailing image. Serendipitously, we discovered this weird and fake astrophoto.

This photo was shot with a pocket digital camera (Casio Exilim EX-Z8).

At first sight I really thought it was a long exposure image centered on Polaris. Good joke!
