Uranus is a distant planet. It is very big, but very far away. This is why it becomes so difficult to be recorded. Under optimal circumstances some atmospheric features could be spotted, specially when some big storm is produced in Uranus.
Elias Chasiotis from Markopoulo, Greece, has got this image through his Celestron C11 telescope. Taking into account the apparent diameter of Uranus is only 3.6 arcseconds, we may agree that this picture is outstanding.
