Elias Jordan is the author of this nice picture taken on 2009-05-24. A widefield view of our galaxy against the an astronomical observatory dome. Sagittarius and Scorpius are both clearly visible. Several nebulae, open clusters and even globular clusters like M4 near Antares are present in the field.

To get this fantastic image, Elias used a Canon EOS 50D DSLR camera at f/3.5 for 30 seconds at ISO-800 and a 18mm lens.
