This picture shows the area of 14 degrees in diameter centered on Mizar (zeta Ursa Major). It is easy to find two big galaxies and Messier objects in this area. M101 is on the right bottom side meanwhile Whirlpool galaxy is on the top right side.

The picture was shot in the ManaLuna Observatory using an old Reflex analog camera for 8 minutes at F:1.8 with a 50mm lens over Fuji ISO-1600. Date: 1996-03-16
